| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Na luta pelo equilíbrio ecológico e meio ambiente sustentável o ordenamento jurídico brasileiro conta com ferramentas como a Lei de Crimes Ambientais define e coíbe as ações destrutivas contra o meio ambiente. No entanto, ainda existe grande dificuldade para à aplicação da legislação ambiental no combate ás queimadas ilegais, como tem sofrido o Parque Estadual do Lajeado, área de preservação brasileira situada no coração do estado do Tocantins. Essa realidade se impõe, trazendo à tona a necessidade desta análise mais apurada do papel da fiscalização e prevenção, possibilitando a fundamentação e a criação de políticas públicas de ensino ambiental e sensibilização sobre o uso do fogo, gerando na população a compreensão sobre as consequências judiciais da prática de crimes ambientais no parque. |
| Abstract: | In the fight for ecological balance and sustainable environment, the Brazilian legal system has tools such as the Environmental Crimes Law defines and curbs destructive actions against the environment. However, there is still great difficulty in enforcing environmental legislation in the fight against illegal fires, as the State Park of Lajeado, a Brazilian preservation area located in the heart of the state of Tocantins, has suffered. This reality imposes itself, bringing to light the need for a more accurate analysis of the role of inspection and prevention, enabling the foundation and creation of public policies for environmental education and awareness of the use of fire, generating in the population an understanding of the legal consequences of the practice of environmental crimes in the park. |
