Reflexão sobre a leitura e a escrita no ensino fundamental

Abstract

The present work aims to contribute to the importance of reading and writing have for students of the lower grades of elementary school. Initially we conducted a study in which we seek to present a history of reading and writing containing important aspects about reading from when this was restricted to a privileged few, these readers were from clerical sphere, passing slowly become the domain of a larger number of people with increased schooling. Throughout history is becoming a more frequent activity, as access to education and resources that support this teaching as books, teaching materials and other expanded. At present already see a number much higher readership. We proceeded to the steps by which a player passes to learn to read. In the second chapter reading work in order to support the educational context the role of the school and the teacher (a) the development of the acquisition of reading and writing. Address the importance of family in the student life of their children, so that reading is an act of pleasure also encouraged by the family. Mentioned some aspects posed by PCNs in Portuguese.
