| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente artigo expõe a dinâmica do trabalho do apicultor, enquanto participante ativo da cadeia produtiva de mel. Explica a logística comercial relativa a produção e consumo final do produto e como isso se dá dentro do campus de pesquisa, destacando os benefícios, bem como os entraves gerados nesse longo processo, desde a coleta a venda. Teve como objetivo principal investigar os principais benefícios da cadeia produtiva do mel e os entraves para seu desenvolvimento no município de Nova Olinda – TO. Quanto ao tipo de pesquisa, fomentou a de cunho bibliográfico e estudo de caso, tornando-se estudo qualitativo. Quanto aos resultados pode-se evidenciar que apesar da Associação de Apicultores de Nova Olinda- TO – AAPINO ter uma boa estrutura, ainda existem problemas quanto ao transporte e campo de venda do produto final. Em contrapartida observou-se como benefícios a possibilidade de ganho econômico com pouco investimento ou qualificação. |
| Abstract: | This article presents the dynamics of the work of the beekeeper , the active participant in the productive chain of honey . Explains the commercial production and logistics Relating to the final consumption of the product . Highlighting the benefits and the obstacles Caused this long process , from collection to packaging . We Aimed to investigate the main benefits of the productive chain of honey and barriers to its development in Nova Olinda - TO . Regarding the type of research , he fostered the bibliographical nature and case study , making it qualitatively . As for the results we can show that despite the Association of New Olinda- TO Beekeepers - AAPINO have a good structure , there are still problems regarding the transportation and sale of field of the final product . On the other hand it was observed as benefits the possibility of economic gain with little investment or qualification . |
