Estudo de patologias em lajes de cobertura de reservatórios de edificações no setor leste Vila Nova de Goiânia - GO

Abstract

Cover slabs are structural elements that are exposed to the actions of the weather, so the emergence of pathological manifestations in these places is common, especially from humidity. To reduce problems in roof slabs, waterproofing projects compatible with each type of structure must be carried out in the design and execution phase. It is worth mentioning that it is also extremely necessary to carry out periodic inspections, so that in case of any type of error, it is possible to locate the pathological manifestation at its beginning, thus managing to act effectively in intervention strategies. One of the obstacles of the present work will be in getting access to residences and buildings that the person in charge releases the study of the pathological manifestations found. In this sense, the present work consists of a qualitative research in buildings in the region of Goiânia - GO, in which an analysis of the pathological manifestations in roof slabs will be carried out. The buildings will undergo an inspection and diagnosis so that the most recurrent causes of the emergence of pathologies in this type of structure can be located, thus helping in future constructive practices in the execution of roof slabs in this region.
