| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | É inegável que as transformações tecnológicas no século XXI impactaram e revolucionaram a forma como vivemos em sociedade. O sistema em que vivemos precisa acompanhar as mudanças que a sociedade vem adquirindo com estes novos recursos, principalmente em relação ao judiciário, já que, além da tecnologia ser uma possibilidade para efetivar diversos princípios jurisdicionais que, no sistema atual, estão sendo deixados de lado, ela também é uma maneira de facilitar o trabalho tão complexo que é alcançar a justiça no caso concreto. Partindo da experiência de caráter exploratório realizado por este pesquisador, na condição de magistrado titular de uma vara fazendária, especificamente perante a Vara das Fazendas e Registros Públicos de Gurupi, Estado do Tocantins, o presente estudo visa apresentar reflexões sobre a contribuição que a automação e a inteligência artificial, podem trazer ao processo judicial, nomeadamente com a otimização da prestação da prestação jurisdicional, na velocidade de decisão, no índice de correção, na atualização dos modos e modelos de trabalho atuais e na economia de forma geral. A pesquisa inicia com uma análise sobre a aplicação da inteligência artificial na estrutura do Poder Judiciário, como forma de garantir a efetividade da prestação jurisdicional, dinamismo na movimentação processual e a economia financeira para os Tribunais de Justiça, abordando os modelos de tecnologias aplicáveis ao Poder Judiciário, apresentando um novo sistema de linguagem tecnológica sob a influência da linguagem jurídica, descrevendo as ferramentas de tecnologia e de inteligência artificial que são utilizadas nas plataformas de administração cartorária e de pesquisa processual, momento em que foi destacado importante pesquisa desenvolvida pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas, através do Centro de Inovação, Administração e Pesquisa do Judiciário, o qual desenvolveu projeto voltado para a investigação das tecnologias aplicadas à gestão dos conflitos no âmbito do Poder Judiciário nacional. Ao final será retratado as funcionalidades do Sistema Processual Eletrônico e-Proc, utilizado pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Tocantins, bem como a forma que esse sistema interage com outras ferramentas de inteligência artificial em prol da funcionalidade e da otimização da prestação jurisdicional, especificamente sobre os processos judiciais em trâmite perante a Vara da Fazenda Pública da Comarca de Gurupi-TO. Os resultados da pesquisa não foram obtidos de forma satisfatória, tendo em vista os efeitos da pandemia causado pela COVID19. Contudo, através de um estudo prospectivo, mediante o futuro desenvolvimento e implementação da referida ferramenta tecnológica, será possível coletar os dados do uso da inteligência artificial na Vara da Fazenda Pública da Comarca de Gurupi, através da operacionalização prática da experiencia, in loco. |
| Abstract: | It‟s undeniable that technological changes in the 21st century have impacted and revolutionized the way we live in society. The system we live in needs to keep up with the changes that society has been acquiring with these new resources, especially in relation to the judiciary, since, in addition to technology being a possibility to implement several jurisdictional principles that, in the current system, are being left aside. , it is also a way to facilitate the complex work that is to achieve justice in the specific case. Based on the exploratory experience carried out by this researcher, as a magistrate of a treasury court, specifically before the Court of Farms and Public Records of Gurupi, State of Tocantins, the present study aims to present reflections on the contribution that automation and artificial intelligence, can bring to the judicial process, namely with the optimization of the provision of judicial services, in the speed of decision, in the correction index, in the updating of current modes and models of work and in the economy in general. The research begins with an analysis of the application of artificial intelligence in the structure of the Judiciary, as a way of guaranteeing the effectiveness of the jurisdictional provision, dynamism in the procedural movement and the financial economy for the Courts of Justice, approaching the models of technologies applicable to the Judiciary. Judiciary, presenting a new system of technological language under the influence of legal language, describing the technology and artificial intelligence tools that are used in notary administration and procedural research platforms, at which time important research developed by Fundação Getúlio Vargas was highlighted. , through the Center for Innovation, Administration and Research of the Judiciary, which developed a project aimed at investigating technologies applied to conflict management within the national Judiciary. At the end, the features of the Electronic Procedural System e-Proc, used by the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, will be portrayed, as well as the way that this system interacts with other artificial intelligence tools in favor of the functionality and optimization of the judicial provision, specifically on the legal proceedings in progress before the Public Treasury Court of the District of Gurupi-TO. The survey results were not satisfactorily obtained, given the effects of the pandemic caused by COVID19. However, through a prospective study, through the future development and implementation of this technological tool, it will be possible to collect data on the use of artificial intelligence in the Public Treasury Court of the Comarca de Gurupi, through the practical operationalization of the experience, in loco. |
