| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | A inclusão de pessoas com deficiência é um tema que vem ganhando espaço dentro das instituições de ensino, desde que a Constituição Federal de 1988 foi formalizada, a educação básica passa a ser entendida como direito de todos. Dessa forma, é necessário discutir os direitos estabelecidos na legislação, com vistas a garantir efetivamente propostas de Educação Especial numa perspectiva inclusiva em todos os níveis da Educação Básica. A presente pesquisa é uma revisão de literatura que buscou compreender os caminhos percorridos e os avanços alcançados em relação à Educação Inclusiva no Estado do Tocantins, com base nos documentos norteadores das políticas educacionais nacionais e normativos legais publicados pelo Estado do Tocantins (2015) e em pesquisas realizadas sobre o assunto entre os anos de 2019 e 2023. Verificou-se que o Atendimento Escolar Especializado – AEE e a Sala de Recursos Multifuncionais – SRM proporcionam a oportunidade de aprender e conviver em sociedade, trocando conhecimentos e experiências de vida. Foi possível perceber que a legislação tocantinense reforça os objetivos da regulamentação federal, mas não avança no mapeamento de suas próprias deficiências e planos para saná-las. |
| Abstract: | The inclusion of people with disabilities is a theme that has been gaining space within educational institutions, since the Federal Constitution of 1988 was formalized, basic education is now understood as a right for all. Thus, it is necessary to discuss the rights established in the legislation, with a view to effectively guarantee Special Education proposals from an inclusive perspective at all levels of Basic Education. This research is a literature review that sought to understand the paths taken and the advances achieved in relation to Inclusive Education in the State of Tocantins, based on the guiding documents of national educational policies and legal regulations published by the State of Tocantins (2015) and in research carried out on the subject between 2019 and 2023. It was found that the Specialized School Service – AEE and the Multifunctional Resource Room – SRM provide the opportunity to learn and live in society, exchanging knowledge and life experiences. It was possible to perceive that the Tocantins legislation reinforces the objectives of federal regulation, but does not advance in mapping its own deficiencies and plans to remedy them. |
