Abstract: The objective of this research is to verify whether participation in Junior Enterprises contributes to the entrepreneurial propensity of the students that compose it, analyzing the six factors related to the attitudinal characteristics of an entrepreneur determined by Schmidt and Bohnenberger. The survey method was the one used in this study. The research sample included 18 students who participate or have participated in the Junior Enterprise program and 24 students who do not. When the two groups were compared, the results of the research showed that the average entrepreneurial behavior of the students who were members of Junior Enterprise was higher in all the hypotheses tested, which are: self-fulfillment, leader, planner, innovator, risk-taker, and sociable. In addition, compared to students who do not participate in Junior Enterprises, Junior Enterprise members showed greater interest in starting a company. The possible implication is that Junior Enterprise experience contributes to students' entrepreneurial propensity through entrepreneurial attitudes and interest in starting a new business.
