Abstract: The data generated by the organization’s systems is the base of business knowledge and a way that this information is treated influences directly in the performance of an entitie, as well as its decision responses. The Tribunal de Justi ̧ca do Tocantins (TJTO), seeking out to be an excellent justice court on the national scene, has been looking for ways to modernize its work processes, which motivated the implementation of the Electronic Process System (eProc) and the inclusion of all their court lawsuits in digital media. With this, along with the encouragement of the Conselho Nacional de Justi ̧ca (CNJ), which aims at constant improvement of the jurisdictional provision in the justice institutions, the need arose to make a better use of the data generated by the eProc system, the main transactional system of the TJTO, in order to optimize the work within the judicial units. This work focuses on the development of Dashboards (Panels), using a Business Intelligence (BI) technology for extracting, transforming and presentation data from the eProc system like indicators that reflect the activity of the Courts and Districts of the Judiciary of Tocantins in relation to its process flows. The results include the benefits of modeling these data in a BI tool, which opens up a possibility for the TJTO to monitoring this productivity and improve strategic management, in search of effectiveness to the return of services to society.
