dc.description.abstract	Using as an environmental management tool we can mention the environmental license on a national scale, with an international scope, we can highlight the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study aims to carry out an analysis of the policy of environmental licensing legislation in the city of Palmas - TO, verifying whether it is updated and efficient to achieve goals 6, 13, and 15. The methodology was carried out through a systematic review in three stages: definition of the study area, literature review and qualitative analysis of documentary data. It is noteworthy that for the purposes of environmental licensing of projects or activities in the municipality of Palmas, it sets the legal bases: Municipal Decree No. 244, COEMA/TO Resolution No. 27, Complementary Law No. 378, COEMA No. 91, Naturatins Ordinance No. 35 and Law No. 3.807. It can be noted that even though there is no legislation in Brazil that regulates the 2030 Agenda in the national territory, there are traces of the SDGs studied in the presented legal documents, even if on a micro scale, it meets local specificities. Despite the autonomy in this process, the municipality is still without specific legislation, so it is highly necessary that specific laws for the reality of the municipality and its microbiomes.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	Utilizando como ferramenta de gestão ambiental podemos citar em escala nacional a licença ambiental, de âmbito internacional, podemos ressaltar os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS). O presente estudo visa realizar uma análise da política de legislação de licenciamento ambiental do município de Palmas – TO, verificando se a mesma se encontra atualizada e eficiente para o alcance das metas 6, 13, e 15. A metodologia foi realizada por meio de uma revisão sistemática em três etapas: definição da área de estudo, levantamento bibliográfico e análise qualitativa dos dados documentais. Destaca-se, que para fins de licenciamento ambiental de empreendimentos ou atividades no município de Palmas, fixa as bases legais: o Decreto Municipal n°244, Resolução COEMA/TO nº27, a Lei Complementar n°378, a COEMA N°91, a Portaria Naturatins n°35 e a Lei N°3.807. Pode-se notar que mesmo não havendo legislação no Brasil que regule a Agenda 2030 em território nacional, há traços das ODS estudadas nos documentos legais apresentados, mesmo que em escala micro, atende às especificidades locais. Apesar da autonomia neste processo, o município ainda se encontra sem legislações específicas, de tal modo é altamente necessário que leis específicas para a realidade do município e de seus microbiomas.	pt_BR
