| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Os espaços recreativos e de lazer reverberam como um importante ambiente terapêutico para as crianças hospitalizadas, uma vez que elas se encontram fragilizadas devido processo de saúde/doença. Desse modo, o objetivo geral desta dissertação foi compreender a percepção dos enfermeiros/as sobre a importância dos espaços de recreação e lazer hospitalar no contexto do processo de humanização e recuperação dos pacientes em uma unidade de internação hospitalar infantil no Estado do Maranhão. Para tanto, a metodologia utilizada na pesquisa foi a qualitativa, exploratória e descritiva. A coleta de dados se baseou em um questionário semiestruturado e o material fora analisado a partir da Análise Textual Discursiva. A coleta de dados foi realizada nos meses de abril e maio de 2021 com (08) profissionais de enfermagem com ensino superior que se enquadraram nos critérios de inclusão da pesquisa. A partir dos resultados foram produzidos 03 artigos. No primeiro, com o título “Recreação Hospitalar como estratégia para a humanização da Assistência em saúde” foi possível compreender por meio de um levantamento bibliográfico outros estudos com a temática de recreação e lazer hospitalar e o processo de humanização relacionado entre pacientes e equipe de saúde. No segundo artigo, “Perspectivas de enfermeiros sobre os espaços de lazer e recreação hospitalar”, foi possível analisar o conhecimento dos enfermeiros/as em relação às práticas de recreação e lazer, observando a abrangência multidimensional e multiprofissional na sistematização do cuidado de maneira integral. No terceiro artigo, intitulado “Tecendo laços na construção de material formativo voltado aos espaços de recreação e lazer hospitalar”, objetivou-se apresentar pensamentos e reflexões levantadas para a construção de um material formativo/informativo/educativo com orientações ligadas às práticas de saúde e educação voltadas à recreação e ao lazer hospitalar. Logo após construímos um material educativo com práticas de ensino para profissionais que desenvolvem atividades nesses ambientes a partir de vídeos informativos acerca da importância dos espaços recreação e lazer hospitalar. Por fim, compreendemos por meio deste estudo que os espaços de recreação e lazer hospitalar, bem como a formação dos profissionais necessitam estar em consonância com novas diretrizes e políticas públicas sejam elas municipais, estaduais e/ou federais que possam fortalecer as práticas de saúde e educação desenvolvidas nesses ambientes. Com isso, ressaltamos a necessidade de ampliação do conceito, bem como o fortalecimento das políticas públicas voltadas aos espaços de recreação e lazer hospitalar, uma vez que há uma obrigatoriedade que garante que os pacientes sejam cuidados de forma integral, humanizada e respeitando todos os seus direitos enquanto criança e ser humano. |
| Abstract: | Recreational and leisure spaces reverberate as an important therapeutic environment for hospitalized children, as they are weakened due to the compromise of the health/disease process, making them vulnerable. Therefore, the general objective of this dissertation was to understand the perception of nurses about the importance of hospital recreation and leisure spaces with regard to the process of humanization and recovery of patients in a children's hospital inpatient unit in the state of Maranhão. Therefore, the methodology used in the research was qualitative, exploratory and descriptive. Data collection was based on a semi structured questionnaire analyzed using Discursive Textual Analysis. Data collection was comprised between April and May 2021, involving eight (08) nurses who met the research inclusion criteria. With this, 03 (three) articles were produced, the first with the title "Hospital Recreation in the perspective of the humanization process" it was possible to understand, through a bibliographical survey, other studies on the theme of hospital recreation and leisure and the humanization process related between patients and the health team. In the second article: “Nurses' perspectives on hospital leisure and recreation spaces” it was possible to analyze the knowledge of nurses in relation to recreation and leisure practices, observing the multidimensional and multidisciplinary scope in the systematization of integral care in a holistic way. In the third article, entitled "Weaving ties in the construction of training material aimed at hospital recreation and leisure spaces" we aimed to present the thoughts and reflections raised for the construction of a training/informative/educational material with guidelines related to health and education practices aimed at recreation and hospital leisure. Soon after, we built an educational material with teaching practices for professionals who develop activities in these environments from informative videos about the importance of hospital recreation and leisure spaces. Finally, we understand that hospital recreation and leisure spaces, as well as the training of professionals, need to be in line with new guidelines, as well as public policies, whether at the municipal or federal level, which can strengthen the health and education practices developed in these locations. With this, we reinforce the need to expand the concept and strengthen public policies aimed at hospital recreation and leisure spaces, as there is already a requirement to ensure that patients are integral cared for in a holistic, humanized manner and respecting all their rights as children and human beings |
