| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O relatório apresentado refere-se a um estágio realizado no âmbito de Graduação no curso de Turismo Patrimonial e Socioambiental da Universidade Federal do Tocantins. O estágio aconteceu no período de dezembro de 2017 a março de 2018. O objetivo desse estágio foi estudar a estrutura organizacional geral do Hotel Japão situado na cidade de Arraias-Tocantins, mostrando o seu diferencial dos outros hotéis da região e da cidade, além de evidenciar a relevância do planejamento, gestão e atendimento do hotel e a importância destes ícones para a gestão de um equipamento hoteleiro, associando o hotel Japão como um mecanismo de atrair hóspedes e impulsionar a economia da cidade. A metodologia aplicada foi observação participante, centrada pela vivência em todos os departamentos do hotel, entrevistas informais e pesquisa bibliográfica exploratória. No decorrer do estágio surgiram algumas sugestões que são divulgadas neste trabalho como devolutiva para o Hotel Japão. |
| Abstract: | The presented report refers to a stage realized in the scope of Graduation in the course of Patrimonial and Socioambiental Tourism. The internship took place from December 2017 to March 2018. The purpose of this internship was to study the overall organizational structure of the Hotel Japan, showing its differential of other hotels in the region and the city, as well as highlighting the relevance of planning, management and attendance of the hotel and the importance of these icons for the management of a hotel equipment, associating the hotel Japan as a mechanism to attract visitors and boost the economy of the city. The applied methodology was participant observation, centered by the experience in all departments of the hotel, informal interviews and exploratory bibliographic research. During the internship some suggestions appeared that are disclosed in this work as a return to the Hotel Japan. |
