Análise da infraestrutura organizacional do equipamento hoteleiro: um estudo de caso do Hotel Japão na cidade de Arraias Tocantins

Abstract

The presented report refers to a stage realized in the scope of Graduation in the course of Patrimonial and Socioambiental Tourism. The internship took place from December 2017 to March 2018. The purpose of this internship was to study the overall organizational structure of the Hotel Japan, showing its differential of other hotels in the region and the city, as well as highlighting the relevance of planning, management and attendance of the hotel and the importance of these icons for the management of a hotel equipment, associating the hotel Japan as a mechanism to attract visitors and boost the economy of the city. The applied methodology was participant observation, centered by the experience in all departments of the hotel, informal interviews and exploratory bibliographic research. During the internship some suggestions appeared that are disclosed in this work as a return to the Hotel Japan.
