Abstract

Among all kinds of violence in the world that practiced in the family against children is one of the most cruel and perverse, home synonymous with affection and care often becomes an environmental hazard that results in a continuous state of fear permanent and anxieties. The present work was the construction of a concern about domestic violence against the child, knowing that it is surrounded by a covenant of silence that often remains in the dark without being denounced, the municipality of Miranorte-To present high rate of cases violence against children and almost always affected all at home, by those who should provide protection and care. Before that there was the need to contextualize this phenomenon and its interpretation to finally reach the focus of the research, conducting an analysis of the Guardianship Council of Miranorte how he faces this question, if your assignments are in line with the ECA-status Children and Adolescents. Data collection was based on qualitative methodology with semi-structured interview based method of dialectical materialism, in which it was possible the realization of the progress of the Guardian Council and its difficulties in meeting the child victim of domestic violence.
