dc.description.abstract	This work aims to produce podcast episodes to discuss the universe of black women, especially in the professional sphere. As the first episode, we bring the discussion of veiled racism from the work of digital influencers and the non-conformities of the activity due to the derogatory aspect of Brazilian society towards black people, thus making it impossible for them to have the same opportunities. The product consists of debating these issues through interviews with black women who will tell their stories and challenges. The proposal is through podcasts to denounce such situations, fight racism and yearn for changes in perspectives, conquest of space and equivalent recognition. We know that we still have a lot to do so that black women and men are on an equal footing. And that is the objective of Segui as Pretas, to be that voice of opportunity.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	Este trabalho tem como finalidade produzir episódios de podcasts para debater o universo das mulheres negras, principalmente, no âmbito profissional. Como primeiro episódio trazemos a discussão do racismo velado a partir do ofício de influenciadoras digitais e as desconformidades da atividade em virtude do aspecto depreciativo da sociedade brasileira com pessoas pretas, impossibilitando, assim, que tenham as mesmas oportunidades. O produto consiste em debater essas questões através de entrevistas com mulheres negras que vão contar suas histórias e seus desafios. A proposta é através dos podcasts denunciar tais situações, combater o racismo e ansiar por mudanças de perspectivas, conquista de espaço e reconhecimento equivalente. Sabemos que ainda temos muito o que fazer para que as negras e negros estejam em posição de igualdade. E é esse o objetivo do Segue as Pretas, de ser essa voz de oportunidades.	pt_BR
