A música como possibilidade de reinserção social

Abstract

This monograph deals with an intervention project carried out at the Social Assistance Reference Center - CRAS in the city of Arraias/TO. The topic of reintegration and social insertion has been a vast, diversified theme currently addressed by many authors. Thus, when surveying the literature and reflecting on the reality of the city of Arraias regarding the attention given to children and young offenders or in conditions of socioeconomic vulnerability, a question was posed – Can music be a means for reintegration? and social inclusion of young people and children in situations of vulnerability? To answer this question, we developed action research, making use of an intervention plan, within the scope of the qualitative research approach. of music and the impact of this action on the lives of students and families who live in a situation of socioeconomic vulnerability. The contributions and conclusions of this work show the need for projects of this nature in the context of Arraias/TO, especially for children and young people who fulfill social-educational measures, enhancing social inclusion and healthy living through musical practice using the guitar, recorder and instrumental group practice, highlighting music as an instrument that transforms the lives of children, adolescents and families.
