| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Esse trabalho se objetiva em investigar características do atendimento educacional especializado de crianças com síndrome de Down. Seu método de pesquisa tem como característica a revisão bibliográfica a partir da investigação de produções científicas publicadas entre os anos 2012 a 2023 listados na CAPES Periódicos e Google Acadêmico e também através da investigação de elementos científicos e organização de informações procedentes de legislações relevantes. Foram determinados os seguintes objetivos específicos: pesquisar sobre a síndrome de Down, etiologia, incidência; caracterizar o atendimento educacional especializado (AEE) das crianças com Síndrome de Down; pesquisar histórico e legislação do atendimento de crianças com Síndrome de Down, investigar a percepção de mães e professores sobre a síndrome de Down e relatar sobre a importância da relação escola e família de crianças com síndrome de Down. A problemática está voltada em descobrir, qual o principal papel da escola no desenvolvimento de ensino e aprendizagem das crianças com Síndrome de Down? |
| Abstract: | This work aims to investigate characteristics of specialized educational care for children with Down syndrome. Its research method is characterized by a bibliographic review based on the investigation of scientific productions published between the years 2012 and 2023 listed in CAPES Periódicos and Google Scholar and also through the investigation of scientific elements and organization of information coming from relevant legislation. The following specific objectives were determined: researching Down syndrome, etiology, incidence; characterize specialized educational care (SEA) for children with Down Syndrome; research the history and legislation of care for children with Down syndrome, investigate the perception of mothers and teachers about Down syndrome and report on the importance of the school and family relationship for children with Down syndrome. The problem is focused on discovering what is the main role of the school in the teaching and learning development of children with Down Syndrome? |
