| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente estudo visa descrever a festa de Nossa Senhora do Rosário no município de Monte Alegre de Goiás e desta forma evidenciar sua importância como parte da cultura local. Essa festa foi regulamentada e registrada no ano de 2008, através de uma reunião realizada na igreja matriz com a população e de modo a manter e fortalecer o formato do festejo do município, chegaram ao consenso de elaborar um regulamento, o qual foi registrado no cartório do município. A metodologia utilizada nesse trabalho é de cunho qualitativo, utilizado como procedimentos a pesquisa bibliográfica, a pesquisa documental e pesquisa de campo. Nesta última etapa foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturada com moradores do município, nos meses de novembro e dezembro de 2020 e maio de 2021, visando perceber sobre a importância do festejo e sua relação com vida deles, desta forma foi possível constatar que embora com muitas dificuldades para realizar os festejos as pessoas que participam, além de praticarem sua devoção a Nossa Senhora do Rosário considerada a padroeira dos escravos, também por meio de todos os momentos que envolve o evento fortalece o seu sentimento de unidade social. No campo do turismo, a festa pode ser vista como potencial para fortalecer o fluxo de visitante ao local, de forma a contribuir com a economia. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to describe the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary in the municipality of Monte Alegre de Goiás and thus highlight its importance as part of the local culture. This party was regulated and registered in 2008, through a meeting held in the mother church with the population and in order to maintain and strengthen the format of the celebration of the municipality, they reached the consensus to elaborate a regulation, which was registered in the municipal registry office. The methodology used in this work is qualitative, used as procedures for bibliographic research, documentary research and field research. In this last stage, semi- structured interviews were conducted with residents of the municipality, in November and December 2020 and May 2021, in order to understand about the importance of the celebration and its relationship with their lives, in this way it was possible to observe that although with many difficulties to hold the celebrations the people who participate, in addition to practicing their devotion to Our Lady of the Rosary considered the patron saint of slaves, also through all the moments that involves the event strengthens their feeling of social unity. In the field of tourism, the festival can be seen as potential to strengthen the flow of visitors to the site, in order to contribute to the economy. |
