| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender como se dá a participação das mulheres quilombolas dentro dos espaços de poder, e suas atribuições na Associação quilombola da comunidade de Cocalinho, e como as mesmas estão inseridas nos ambientes de trabalho na referida comunidade. Apresentar um histórico da comunidade quilombola de Cocalinho e sua relação com o Norte do Tocantins, elencando a contribuição das mulheres para que Cocalinho seja reconhecido enquanto quilombola; compreender como acontece a participação das mulheres quilombolas na associação quilombola de Cocalinho; verificar como a associação desenvolve projetos e festividades na comunidade, e como as mulheres atuam no planejamento e na execução dos mesmos. Tendo como participantes da pesquisa 8 mulheres quilombolas. A pesquisa é uma abordagem qualitativa, onde faz o delineamento do que acontece na realidade do cotidiano, dentro da associação dos quilombolas de Cocalinho. Descreve, analisa e interpreta um fenômeno atual, faz-se uso da história oral que possibilita a discussão livre com as entrevistadas no processo de constituição do empreendimento, de como é a sua participação no mesmo, como é o atual funcionamento e como elas se percebem e são percebidas dentro desse espaço; trazer a importância do quilombo como um reduto de escravos fugidos do sistema, mas um agrupamento sociocultural, uma sociedade contraposta à ordem escravocrata, de união fraterna, que vão ao encontro de suas aptidões sociopolíticas de convivência em sociedade, compreendendo o território como fundamental para a reprodução física, social e cultural das comunidades. Conceituar sobre as mulheres quilombolas mostrar que há uma diferença quando se fala em invisibilidade, já que o seu modo de viver é nodal para o gerenciamento e a manutenção do cotidiano das famílias e da vida comunitária nos quilombos, onde as mulheres quilombolas apresentam-se como lideranças comunitárias e chefes de família. Buscar o entendimento do que é autogestão, e de que a mesma é uma construção permanente dentro de uma sociedade que se organizam por meio de associação, criadas pelos próprios produtores cidadãos, pautada no princípio de que toda a organização deve ser estruturada da base para a cúpula, e da periferia para o centro, buscando o entendimento de como as mulheres estão inseridas nesse espaço. As comunidades quilombolas se organizam por meio da reciprocidade, sendo este um princípio tanto da produção, quanto do sustento familiar dos povos quilombolas que praticam o comum. Portanto, essa pesquisa visa cumprir com seu caráter acadêmico/científico e social dentro de um programa de mestrado interdisciplinar que no seu espaço permite trabalhar com a cultura e território tendo como participantes da pesquisa mulheres quilombolas. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to understand how the participation of quilombola women takes place within the spaces of power, and their attributions in the Quilombola Association of the community of Cocalinho, and how they are inserted in the work environments in that community. Present a history of the Quilombola community of Cocalinho and its relationship with the North of Tocantins, listing the contribution of women so that Cocalinho is recognized as a Quilombola; understand how the participation of quilombola women in the quilombola association of Cocalinho happens; check how the association develops projects and festivities in the community, and how women work in planning and executing them. Having as research participants 8 quilombola women. The research is a qualitative approach, where it outlines what happens in everyday reality, within the association of the Quilombolas of Cocalinho. It describes, analyzes and interprets a current phenomenon, making use of oral history that allows free discussion with the interviewees in the process of setting up the enterprise, how is their participation in it, how is the current operation and how they perceive themselves and are perceived within that space; bring the importance of the quilombo as a stronghold of slaves who escaped from the system, but a sociocultural grouping, a society opposed to the slave order, of fraternal union, which meet their sociopolitical aptitudes of coexistence in society, understanding the territory as fundamental for the physical, social and cultural reproduction of communities. Conceptualize about quilombola women to show that there is a difference when talking about invisibility, since their way of living is nodal to the management and maintenance of the daily lives of families and community life in quilombos, where quilombola women present themselves as community leaders and heads of households. Seek the understanding of what self- management is, and that it is a permanent construction within a society that is organized through associations, created by the citizen producers themselves, based on the principle that the entire organization must be structured from the base to the summit, and from the periphery to the center, seeking to understand how women are inserted in this space. Quilombola communities organize themselves through reciprocity, which is a principle of both production and family support for quilombola peoples who practice the common. Therefore, this research aims to fulfill its academic/scientific and social character within an interdisciplinary master's program that in its space allows working with culture and territory with quilombola women as research participants. |
