metadata.dc.description.resumo:	Este trabalho tem como temática geral as contribuições das mulheres para a ciência, particularmente, observa-se aspectos técnicos no campo da Matemática, como também, preocupa-se com aspectos valorativos da mulher para a sociedade. A questão diretriz foi escrita da seguinte forma: Como planejar uma aula de matemática tendo como suporte as contribuições de Maria Gaetana Agnesi? O objetivo principal volta-se para a construção de uma proposta didática para ensinar matemática a partir de suas contribuições. Metodologicamente o trabalho foi estruturado em termos da pesquisa bibliográfica, por meio da qual se definiu três fases organizativas que permitiram: discutir a luta das mulheres na sociedade, a vida e obra de Maria Gaetana Agnesi e a construção de proposta didática. Como resultado final, apresenta-se uma proposta didática para o ensino da Curva de Agnesi considerando aspectos históricos e também formativos para professores de matemática no sentido do reconhecimento da dignidade das mulheres.
Abstract:	This work has as general theme the contributions of women to science, in particular, it observes technical aspects in the field of Mathematics, but also, it is concerned with values aspects of the woman for the society. The guiding question was written as follows: How to plan a math class supported by the contributions of Maria Gaetana Agnesi? The main objective is to construct a didactic proposal to teach mathematics from its contributions. Methodologically the work was structured in terms of bibliographical research, through which three organizational phases were defined that allowed: to discuss the struggle of women in society, the life and work of Maria Gaetana Agnesi and the construction of a didactic proposal. As a final result, a didactic proposal for the teaching of the Agnesi Curve is presented, considering historical and also formative aspects for teachers of mathematics in the sense of recognition of the dignity of women.
