dc.description.abstract	The present work aims to present a study on the use of assistive technologies in the process of inclusive education in the teaching of geography in the municipality of Araguaína-TO, that is, to show how these technological tools help in school education, as well as to analyze the relationships between teaching and learning through a qualitative research approach using works with conceptions in the study area, questionnaires presenting the observations of basic education institutions. By carrying out a survey of data and the laws that led to changes in the institutions' conceptions of education, it was possible to understand how inclusive education together with the various devices of assistive technology can make the life of students with disabilities possible, for their full educational development . From the information obtained, a reflection on technologies and special education was carried out, showing that they must be inseparable in the world of students inserted in the school space.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar um estudo sobre o uso das Tecnologias Assistivas no processo de educação inclusiva no ensino de Geografia no munícipio de Araguaína-TO, ou sejá, mostrar como essas ferramentas tecnologicas auxiliam no ensino escolar, bem como analisar as relações de ensino e aprendizagem por meio de uma abordagem de pesquisa qualitativa utilizando se de obras com concepções na aréa de estudo, questionarios apresentando as observaçoes da instituição de educaçaõ básica. Com a realização de um levantamento de dados e das leis que impulsionaram as mudanças nas concepções de educaçao da instituição foi possível compreender como a educação inclusiva junto aos diversos aparatos de tecnolgia assistiva podem tornar a vida do estudante com deficiênia possível, para seupleno desenvolvimento educacional. A partir das informaçoes obtidas, foi realizada uma reflexão sobre as tecnologias e a educação especial, mostrando que devem ser indissociaveis no mundo dos estudantes inseridos no espaço escolar.	pt_BR
