The storage system of the analyzed company consists of stacked and palletized structures. The general objective of the survey is to monitor inventory management and, if there is a need for improvements in the beverage storage process, indicate to the manager the best way to apply the solution in your inventory. No stock improvement solution was found. The data collection technique was the interview with the manager responsible for the stock. For an efficient stock, according to the interview with the stock manager, investments in item control software, professional training and administrative principles such as planning, organization and control are necessary.
