dc.description.abstract	This article focuses on activities related to Reverse Packaging Logistics. The method chosen was the deductive and the qualitative approach, because it was flexible and did not follow a rigid structure of data collection. The main topics elucidated were the concepts of reverse logistics and packaging, the types of packaging materials, the recycling and revaluation processes and the relevant legislation. As a result the research highlights the contribution of reverse logistics with society and companies within a concept of economic, environmental and social sustainability	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	O presente artigo tem por foco as atividades relacionadas à Logística Reversa de Embalagens. O método escolhido foi o dedutivo e a abordagem, a qualitativa, por ser flexível e não seguir uma estrutura rígida de obtenção de dados. Os principais quesitos elucidados foram os conceitos de logística reversa e de embalagem, os tipos de materiais das embalagens, os processos de reciclagem e de revalorização e a legislação pertinente ao tema. Como resultados a pesquisa ressalta a contribuição da logística reversa com a sociedade e as empresas dentro de um conceito de sustentabilidade tanto econômica quanto ambiental e social.	pt_BR
