dc.description.abstract	This case study is the result of a research carried out through the inductive method and the descriptive and bibliographic research techniques which had the observation and the interview so that the proposed objective could be reached that is the explanation of the reality of the observation of Law 12.305 / 2010 which provide for the treatment of solid waste. Thus, it presents concepts related to Reverse Logistics, packaging, the National Solid Waste Policy according to Law 12.305/2010 and Reverse Logistics of Agrochemical Packaging in the Municipality of Muricilândia - TO.	pt_BR
