dc.description.abstract	Noting the growing advance of agricultural production and exploration of new frontiers, Brazil is one of the countries that most exports agricultural products in the world. Considering the strong evolution of agribusiness, it is observed that the factor of transportation, especially its cost, is one of the most impacting points in the efficiency of the entire agribusiness production chain. The objective of this work is to analyze the transportation system observing the operating costs of Tocantins road and rail modes. Considering simple linear regression model, showing costs for freight. Aiming at the municipalities with considered production (more than 50% of the total produced in the state) and the available transportation system, which is used for the flow, thus presenting the comparative results showing and defining the transportation costs of the soybean ton and corn produced in the state. Thus, obtaining data that allow analysis of transport within the chosen territory allows the determination of the form of transport which best fits in relation to the modes available for the transportation of grains in Tocantins.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	Observando o crescente avanço da produção agrícola e exploração de novas fronteiras, o Brasil se encontra como um dos países que mais exporta produtos agrícolas no mundo. Considerando a forte evolução do agronegócio observa-se que o fator transporte, em especial seu custo, é um dos pontos mais impactantes na eficiência de toda a cadeia produtiva do agronegócio. O objetivo desse trabalho é analisar o sistema de transporte observando os custos de operação dos modais rodoviário e ferroviários do Tocantins. Considerando modelo de regressão linear simples, mostrando os custos para frete. Visando os municípios com produção considerada (mais de 50% do total produzido no estado) e o sistema de transporte disponível, o qual é usado para o escoamento, dessa forma apresentando os resultados comparativos mostrando e definir os custos de transporte da tonelada da soja e milho produzidos no estado. Assim ocorrendo obtenção de dados que possibilitem em análise do transporte dentro do território escolhido se possibilita a determinação da forma de transporte o qual melhor se adapta em relação aos modais disponíveis para o transporte de grãos no Tocantins.	pt_BR
