metadata.dc.description.resumo: O Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso da Especialização em Serviço Social e Política Social foi realizado junto ao Núcleo Ampliado de Saúde da Família e Atenção Básica (NASF AB) do município de Tocantínia (TO) e teve por objetivo apresentar o perfil dos usuários equipe profissional do NASF AB composta nesta unidade durante o primeiro semestre do ano de 2018, bem como as atividades realizadas e lançadas pela equipe técnica no sistema eletrônico denominado e-SUS. O objeto do estudo se caracterizou pela identificação do perfil dos usuários do NASF AB, priorizando conhecer o público abrangido nas atividades desenvolvidas por meio do serviço de prevenção e promoção de saúde apoiando a equipe do Programa de Saúde da Família (PSF).A motivação em aprofundar o estudo foi a partir da experiência profissional como integrante da equipe do NASF AB de Tocantínia (TO), e perceber que o programa é pouco conhecido em alguns municípios e há pouco debate sobre este espaço. O método da pesquisa utilizado para investigação e análise dos dados teve como embasamento a teoria social crítico-histórica tendo como referência os fundamentos da pesquisa bibliográfica iniciando-se com revisão bibliográfica e posteriormente análise documental de cunho qualitativo do relatório semestral de atendimentos realizado pela equipe do NASF AB.As informações foram baseadas no Caderno n° 39 do Ministério da Saúde expondo como se constitui o NASF AB de Tocantínia (TO), a importância do serviço prestado e suas ferramentas de trabalho. Depois de realizada a pesquisa foi possível identificar o perfil dos usuários do serviço e apresentar as atividades desenvolvidas pela equipe junto aos usuários do mesmo e assim identificar algumas das fragilidades no momento de alimentar o sistema eletrônico. Podemos concluir que a pesquisa contribuiu tanto para o aprimoramento das equipes quanto para divulgação deste serviço que ainda é novo aos usuários que utilizam do serviço público de saúde e trabalhadores do SUS.
Abstract: The conclusion of the Specialization Course in Social Work and Social Policy was carried out with the Extended Family Health and Primary Care Center (NASF AB) of the city of Tocantínia (TO) and aimed to present the profile of users served by the NASF professional team. AB composed in this unit during the first semester of 2018, as well as the activities carried out and launched by the electronic system technical team called e-SUS. The object of the study was characterized by identifying the profile of NASF AB users, prioritizing knowing the public covered in the activities developed through the prevention and health promotion service supporting the Family Health Program (PSF) team. further study was based on professional experience as part of the NASF AB team of Tocantinia (TO), and realize that the program is poorly known in some municipalities and there is little debate about this space. The research method used for research and analysis of The data was based on the critical-historical social theory, having as reference the fundamentals of the bibliographic research, starting with a bibliographic review and later a documental analysis of a qualitative nature of the semiannual report of attendances made by the NASF AB team. from the Ministry of Health exposing what constitutes the NASF AB of Tocantínia (TO), the importance of the service provided and its work tools. After the research was carried out it was possible to identify the profile of the service users and to present the activities developed by the team with the users of the same and thus identify some of the weaknesses at the time of the study. power the electronic system. We can conclude that the research contributed to the improvement of the teams and to the dissemination of this service that is still new to users who use the public health service and SUS workers.
