| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Esse trabalho se situa no campo das pesquisas em comunicação e problematiza a opressão de gênero que atinge mulheres em situação de violência sexual, a partir da análise de narrativas jornalísticas. Compreende-se que a mídia provoca reflexões na sociedade e também recebe influência de temas e visões de mundo diversas. O objetivo da pesquisa é analisar as narrativas jornalísticas sobre violência sexual, no sentido de perceber os elementos que constituem a notícia, a construção das personagens e a identificação das estratégias comunicativas. Para tanto, tomamos como corpus empírico desta pesquisa matérias sobre casos fatídicos de violência sexual contra a mulher, publicadas no período de 2016 a 2019, no Jornal do Tocantins. A pesquisa sugere discussões sobre casos comoventes, violência sexual e culpabilização de mulheres na imprensa do Tocantins. |
| Abstract: | This work is in the field of communication research and problematizes the gender oppression that affects women in situations of sexual violence, based on the analysis of journalistic narratives. It is understood that the media provokes reflections in society and is also influenced by diverse themes and worldviews. The aim of the research is to analyze the journalistic narratives about sexual violence, in order to understand the elements that constitute the news, the construction of the characters and the identification of communicative strategies. For that, we take as empirical corpus of this research articles about fatal cases of sexual violence against women, published from 2016 to 2019, in Jornal do Tocantins. Observing the characteristics of the cases and their social repercussions, we intend to mobilize discussions about moving cases, sexual violence and blaming women. |
